The tournament will be held from September 10th to 30th, 2026 at The Star Sydney, Australia, and includes two flagship championships, a women's event, Omaha, a bounty event, and satellite tournaments.

Fee Breakdown for the Two Championships

• Prime Championship AU$1500: AU$1350 buy-in + AU$150 fee.

• WPT Australia Championship AU$5000: AU$4500 buy-in + AU$500 fee.

Late Registration and Re-entry

Registration for both championships closes at the start of Level 10. Each starting group is allowed one re-entry during the registration period; re-entries are not unlimited. Participants need a verified WPT.com account, and both venue accreditation and entry eligibility must be met.

Blinds and Rest Days

Day 1 is 40 minutes per level; Day 2, Day 3, and the final table are 60 minutes per level. There is a 15-minute rest period every 3 levels on Day 1, and a 15-minute rest period every 2 levels on Day 2 and Day 3. A big blind ante is used; if both are paid out due to insufficient chips, the big blind will be paid out first according to the official website rules.

Money and Seating Redraws

Approximately 12.5% of participants make the money using the WPT payout tool. Seating redraws will be arranged starting on Day 2 and Day 3, and when 24, 16, and 9 players remain. The tournament director's decisions and venue rules take precedence; please do not directly apply the structure of other WPT sites.
